There is no need to be in the military to know that military rations do not necessarily have a very appetizing aspect. Chef Chuck George and photographer Henry Hargreaves came up with the idea of bringing a much more aesthetic dimension to foods that are part of the soldiers' everyday lives and that do not necessarily inspire every day.
These two artists have therefore embarked on a project called "MRE to Michelin". The idea, you have understood, is here to revisit the military rations by giving them the appearance of gastronomic and creative dishes.
